Why we started YJ.
We started YJ because we care about this city and the people in it. Dallas families need good electricians more every year, and fewer people are choosing the trade. Finding someone you trust in your home is getting harder.
So we set out to build a company the next generation of electricians would be proud to work for, and to grow in for a whole career. When the people at YJ feel valued, the families they serve feel it at the door.

Born in East Texas and a graduate of Baylor University. Canyon lives in Garland with his wife Carly and their two children, and is actively involved in his community and church.
Born and raised in Dallas, a graduate of Highland Park High School and Southern Methodist University. Carson lives in Lakewood with his wife Ali and their two children, and is actively involved in his community and church.
A master electrician with years of experience in both residential and commercial work. In his free time he enjoys reading and spending time with his family and grandkids.
A third-generation electrician with a passion for service and doing the job right. Dylan grew up in Princeton, Texas, now lives in McKinney, and brings years of experience helping homeowners solve problems and bring their ideas to life.
