Can any ceiling box hold a fan?
No. Fans need a fan-rated box built for the weight and motion. Standard light boxes aren't rated for them, so we check and upgrade the box if needed.
What if there's no fixture where I want a fan?
We can run new wiring and install a fan-rated box where you need it. The price depends on the distance from the panel and access to the ceiling or attic.
Can the fan and light have separate controls?
Yes. We wire separate controls, either two wall switches or one switch with a remote receiver, depending on what your fan supports.
What does installation cost?
