“Dylan and Carson were the best! They troubleshooted and fixed my closet light within 3 hours which had not been turning on for months. Overall, the company was very transparent with timing, the repairs needed, and pricing. Overall would highly recommend, especially Dylan who seemed very knowledgable and was very friendly!”
Common questions.
What causes breakers to keep tripping?
Usually an overloaded circuit, a short somewhere on the run, or a failing breaker. We'll find the specific cause before recommending a repair.
Should I worry about a burning smell near an outlet?
Yes. It's a potential fire hazard. Turn off that circuit at the breaker and call us. Don't wait on this one.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
Yes. It's $150, paid at your visit, and it's credited toward the repair if you go ahead within 90 days. You'll know the price of any repair before we start.
Can you work on older wiring?
Yes. We've worked on knob-and-tube, aluminum, and other older systems across Dallas, and we'll give you an honest read on what we find.
